We stayed in le pigonnier, we really loved the place, everything worked properly and well. Clean and a good balance between cosy and classy. Having a private pool was a treat and the weather encouraged lounging. The area itself is very picturesque with 3 or 4 of les villes plus jolie in easy driving distance. Without a car you'd struggle. Only thing that took some getting used to was the opening hours which after the South of England seemed restrictive but is in fact one of the essential elements of a quality of life. Vive le difference!

We loved our stay - it was all as we expected it - pictures are quite accurate! We went there with our 5months old baby and were provided with a travel cot and bed linen for it, the only annoying thing was a bit squicky stairs (annoying cause of the sleeping baby otherwise wouldn’t have bothered us at all). Lovely pool, privacy and location! Thank you!

We loved every minute of our stay at the Pigeonnier! If you’re looking for an escape from city life then this place is perfect, with its idyllic, peaceful location and gorgeous private pool (so rare to find in an accommodation that suits two!) but with wonderful hosts on hand to help with anything at all. The house is well-equipped with everything you could need (including dishwasher, washing machine etc) and the space is extremely comfortable. We had been a little concerned about the lack of AC prior to arrival, especially given the recent hot spell, but we needn’t have worried at all as there were two fans in the bedroom and the house itself actually stayed cool, meaning we were always completely comfortable. While the location is beautifully rural, it was very easy to access lots of lovely small villages and towns (7-8 mins from Castionnes for plenty of lovely bakeries and restaurants, 15 minutes from Eymet where you can rent electric bikes and explore, or visit the night market on Tuesdays for some gorgeous confit de canard and a fun atmosphere) and 15 minutes from Domaine du Siorac for a wonderful vineyard tour and wine tasting on Tuesday mornings - would thoroughly recommend this! Such a highlight!) Overall, we had a wonderful trip and the Pigeonnier was the perfect place to stay! We absolutely loved the outdoor space and private pool in particular, which far exceeded our expectations. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

A complete gem!! Stunning little house with amazing views, beautiful sunsets, gorgeous pool and lots of privacy! If you want to unwind- this is the place!!! Couldn’t have been more convenient and easy/ supermarkets close/ beautiful walks/ just such a relaxing place to stay! We didnt want to leave ❤️

Really enjoyed our stay at this little gem. Very quaint and just perfect for a small family like ours. Bedroom a good size, a well fitted out kitchen with all you’d need, a comfortable cozy lounge and a private pool right outside the accommodation. We really enjoyed our time here and would recommend to anyone interested in a place to stay in this part of France.
